	Poor Lacks the criteria 1 pts	Fair Good try but lacking proficiency 2 pts	Good Good understanding and 3 pts	Excellent Mastery of the concept 4 pts
Pointillism	Poor Dots are not used throughout	Fair Dots are uneven, and there are bare spots	Good Good use of dots. Same size and almost totally cover the wooden letter	Excellent Excellent use of dots. Small, even and totally cover the wooden letter
Craftsmanship	Poor Piece is sloppy and looks rushed	Fair Paint dots are even but the piece looks rushed	Good Piece is neat and thought was put into placement of the dots	Excellent Painting is neat and paint dots are small and even. Piece shows great thought was put into it
