Interview	Excellent The interview process was thorough and professional. Student maintained good eye contact exhibiting care and concern for the client. Student asked questions appropriatley using the medical history form as a guide line.	Good Student conducted an interview with a lack of complete questions to ascertain if a massage was beneficial or if there were any contraindications from the medical history form.	Needs Improvement Student did not conduct a thorough interview.
