This rubric will help students' assess performance of 90 degree push-ups. Each student will perform push-ups while their partner videos. Students will self evaluate using the rubric and video analysis.

Student maintains a rhythmic pace staying with the up/down cadence.

Student maintains rhythmic pace/cadence for the majority of the test period. Pauses no more than once.
Progressing
Student maintains rhythmic pace/cadence for a portion of the test period. Pauses more than once.
Competency Not Yet Met
Student frequently stops to rest and is unable to maintain a rhythmic pace during the test period.
