Written Expression	Poor Title does not provide information or catch reader's attention. Article meanders and does not keep reader's attention.	Fair Article provides information, but is not of high interest to the reader. Title is dry.	Good Article is catchy and interesting. The first sentence grabs the attention of the reader. Headline is creative and attention grabbing.
Grammar/Spelling	Poor Articles and sub articles are difficult to read due to many (more than 10) errors in grammar.	Fair Articles and sub articles are clear, but contain several (5-10) grammatical errors.	Good Article and sub articles are clear and easy to understand. There are few grammatical errors.
