Ways to Lose a Mark
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Fake	Poor The student attempts a fake but does not selling the fake due to timing and speed of fake.	Fair The student fake loses the defender but due to timing and speed of fake the defender recovers.	Good The student sells the fake with proper timing and speed that defender is unable to recover.
Pivot	Poor The student moves in one direction then stops with a foot planted out in front of their body. Knees are not bent and plant foot does not stay on ground for rotation.	Fair The student moves in one direction then stops with a foot planted out in front of their body. Knees are bent, but plant foot does not stay on ground for rotation.	Good The student moves in one direction then stops with a foot planted out in front of their body. Knees are bent, with one front foot still planted which rotates in a 90, 180, 360, etc.. degree of a circle.
Change of Speed	Poor The students attempts to change speeds but is not visible.	Fair The student may have changed speed/pace but is questionable.	Good The student has moved from one speed/pace to another and is clearly visible.
Change of Direction	Poor The student attempts to change direction but is done with no speed or consideration of timing.	Fair The student changes direction with proper timing but not enough speed giving the defender time to recover.	Good The student changes their direction with speed and proper timing to lose their mark.
