Quality of Work	Excellent Provides work of the highest quality possible.	Good Provides high quality work.	Fair Provides work that occasionally needs to be checked/redone by other group members to ensure quality.	Poor Provides work that usually needs to be checked/redone by others to ensure quality.
Problem Solving Skills	Excellent Actively looks for and suggests solutions to problems.	Good Refines solutions suggested by others.	Fair Does not suggest or refine solutions, but is willing to try out solutions suggested by others.	Poor Does not try to solve problems or help others solve problems. Lets others do the work.
Working with Others	Excellent Almost always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep people working well together. Leads by demonstrating appropriate example.	Good Usually listens to, share with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause group to become unfocused on task.	Fair Often listens to, shares with, and supports efforts of others, but sometimes is not a team player.	Poor Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Often is not a team player.
Focus on the task	Excellent Consistently stays focused on the task and what needs to be done. Self-directed learner.	Good Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time. Other group members can count on this person for appropriate behavior.	Fair Focuses on the task and what needs to be done some of the time. Other group members must sometimes nag, prod, and remind the person to stay on task.	Poor Rarely focuses on the task and what needs to be done. Lets others do the work.
