Participation	Few Expectations Met Student was observed to be off task for much of the allotted time	Partially Meets Expectations Student was observed to be on task 75-84% of the time	Meets Expectations Student was observed to be on task 85%-94% of the time	Exceeds Expectations Student was observed to be on task 95% or more of the time allotted
Observation	Few Expectations Met Student appeared to be off task for most of the interviews they were observing this includes being on their computer or cell phone at any time during the activity	Partially Meets Expectations Student was not engaged as an observer and appeared to not be paying attention	Meets Expectations student was observed as being engaged as an observer throughout most of the interviews they witnessed	Exceeds Expectations Student was highly engaged throughout the interview process
Feedback	Few Expectations Met Student provided peers with little to no useful feedback	Partially Meets Expectations Student provided peers with some feed back but it was vague or was not constructive	Meets Expectations student provided peers with constructive feedback in a respectful and professional manner	Exceeds Expectations Student provided peers with insights that were constructive and led to the growth of their peers
Documentation	Few Expectations Met Student has limited notes from observations and pratice interviews	Partially Meets Expectations Student has some notes but is missing vital information or missing information from some sections of the interview	Meets Expectations Student has good notes, some quotes and specific examples in each section of the outline	Exceeds Expectations Student has several quotes and significant amount of information in each section of the interview
