Dig Body in low athletic stance with knees bent. Hands together. Contact on forearm, with flat arms. Control over the ball and is able to hit it over the net.	A Always	B Usually	C Sometimes	D Rarely
Set Made triangle with hands. Spread fingers. Keep elbows out to the side. Take the ball with soft hands in front of eyes pushing it up. Control over the ball.	A Always	B Usually	C Sometimes	D Rarely
