Hand is slightly behind the middle on the laces. Ball rolls off of fingertips in a spiral.

Ball is in front of body and near the ear.

Swings the throwing arm back with the elbow leading going forward.

Swings the throwing arm back some and partially leads with the elbow.

Side of body is to the target with a twist of the chest to the target as the ball is thrown.
