Requirements 25 %	Excellent All project requirements are met and exceeded.	Good All project requirements are met.	Fair One project requirement was not completely met.	Poor More than one requirement was not completely met.
Mechanics/Technique 25 %	Excellent No surface violations, erroneous faces/edgesverts, all faces are clean and well proportioned. Proper light choices are used across the whole project, they are placed properly, and their shadows are clean. Textures are detailed, UVs are laid out properly and where needed.	Good Three or fewer surface violations, erroneous faces/edges/verts. Most lights are in the right place and uses the right lighting choice. Shadows might need some work but show at least some adjustment work done. Textures are decent, UVs might need some work.	Fair Four to 5 surface violations, erroneous faces/edges/verts. Wrong light choices are made and shadows show no adjustment. Missing some textures, No UV maps are laid out.	Poor More than 5 surface violations, erroneous faces/edges/verts. Lights either are not implemented or broken. All objects are basically shaded with no images/PSD files used for textures. No UV maps are laid out.
Creativity and Attention to Detail 20 %	Excellent Project shows a large amount of original thought. Ideas are inventive, designed well and are very creative. Models show a high level of attention to detail.	Good Project shows some original thought and creativity. Work shows new ideas and insights. Models are moderately detailed.	Fair Some creativity is shown but several elements still seem stale and unimaginative. Models are lacking some needed details and many are just basic extruded shapes.	Poor Uses very little imagination and creativity. Models lack all detail and are very weak.
Quality of Work/Time Invested 20 %	Excellent Project looks like there was an abundance of time invested which produced a high quality piece of work	Good Projects looks to have taken a large amount of outside of class work to complete which produced an nice piece of work.	Fair Project looks to have taken the bare minimum of time allotted in class to complete which produced an average or below average piece of work.	Poor Project looks to have been rushed and seems to have very little effort put into the overall quality.
