Check the scene for saftey	Poor Rescuer forgets to check the scene	Fair Must be prompted to check the scene	Good Successfully checks the scene for safety
Checks responsiveness.	Poor Doesn't check responsiveness or does inappropriately. Rescuer should only tap victim & shout. (Ask if if victim is ok.)	Fair Needs prompting to check for responsiveness or does not check for responsiveness correctly.	Good Checks for responsiveness without prompting & correctly.
Call 911 and gets AED	Poor Student forgets to call 911 and get AED	Fair Needs prompting to call 911 and get AED	Good Successfully calls 911 and gets AED
Checks for breathing	Poor Does not check breathing	Fair Needs prompting to check for breathing	Good Checks breathing without prompting.
