Book Talk Rubric 
You book talk must be composed of 3 paragraphs. 1. Main Character and Setting: In the 1st paragraph tell what the setting of your novel is and who the main characters are. Don’t just list them; identify your main characters and describe them with detailed words! 2. Summary: In the 2nd paragraph, summarize the plot of your novel. Tell the 5 most important things that happened (no more than 5!). NEVER, EVER GIVE AWAY THE ENDING!! 3. Evaluation: This is the 3rd paragraph give your personal opinion of the book. Give it some serious thought. Tell what you liked and didn’t like about your novel and why.
