Length of Piece	Level 4 (85-100%) Routine met the required time of 1 min+	Level 3 (70-85%) Routine included 30 sec-1 minute	Level 2 (60-69%) Routine included 20-30seconds of movement.	Level 1 (50-59%) Routine included less than 20 seconds of movement.
Performance Quality	Level 4 (85-100%) Students performed their piece in a professional manner and executed movement clearly and with energy	Level 3 (70-85%) Students made an effort to present their piece with energy and profesionalism, but were inconsistent. New Dance Movement	Level 4 (85-100%) Students were able to successfully model their piece after Duncan or Denishawn, and their choreography reflects it clearly.	Level 3 (70-85%) Students modeled their piece after Denishawn or Duncan, but the influence is sometimes unclear in the choreography.	Level 2 (60-69%) Students used some Duncan or Denishawn motifs, but inconstitently and not throughout the entirety of the piece.	Level 1 (50-59%) Students piece has no reflection of New Dance qualities.
