The job was complete and worked, but needed minor modifications. Some code articles were found but were not listed in order.

The job was complete but did not work; needed several minor modifications and only some articles were found but in no aparent order.
Poor

The job was complete but did not work; needed several major modiications and most code articlles were wrong or inconsistent.
Unacceptable

The job was incomplete and did not work. Random code articles were listed but had no corelation to the project.

Followed directions to the letter. Needed no further instructions to complete project.

Followed directions with some minor questioning of instructions.
