First Impression What do people think when I walk in a room?	Need help! Student did not participate in the mock job interview	Work on this: Did not greet or shake hands with interviewer, conversation is not engaging or there was no conversation	Good! Greeting is appropriate, but you didn't shake hands, or didn't shake hands correctly, conversation is good	Awesome! Greeting is excellent, shook hands with interviewer correctly, conversation was engaging
Appearance How do I look for the job I am interviewing for?	Need help! Student did not participate in the mock job interview	Work on this: Appearance is not professional. Clothes are dirty or wrinkled.	Good! Student is mostly well groomed, clothes are too casual.	Awesome! Student is well groomed, clothes are clean, pressed and professional.
Politeness Am I smiling and friendly?	Need help! Student did not participate in the mock job interview	Work on this: Several times, the student interrupted or hurried the interviewer; forgot to thank the person.	Good! Student interrupted or hurried the interviewer 1-2 times. Thanked the intervierwer at the end.	Awesome! Student never interrupted or hurried the interviewer and thanked them for being willing to talk with him/her.
Interview Skills Do I answer questions honestly and completely?	Need help! Student did not participate in the mock job interview	Work on this: Questions and answers had nothing to do with the job, were long and not clear.	Good! Questions and answers were somewhat clear, though 1-2 were somewhat vague.	Awesome! Questions and answers were clear, on the subject and kept short.
