Global Warming PowerPoint Presentation Rubric 
This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. This rubric will used to score your presentation. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when composing the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all criteria have been met.

Content - Describe Problem

The potential causes of global warming will be discussed.

Also, global warming will be described from the standpoint of what types of problems it is likely to cause.

All sources of pre-historical evidence will be accurately summarized and interpreted: ice core data from Antarctica and Greenland, sedimentation data from remote arctic lakes, tree ring data, coral reef data and pre-historical written accounts that describe climate-related phenomena.

Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice and does not read.

Stands up straight, looks relaxed and confident. Establishes eye contact with everyone in the room during the presentation.
Good

Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice - may use note card (no larger than 4X6.)
