The student has completed the tessellation, although the cut out pieces are not arranged in a cohesive manner and the composition is not harmounious.
Excellent

The student has completed the tessellation. The pieces are arranged in a highly sucessful composition.
Following Directions

Poor

The student has not understood the concepts of the tessellation. The student did not follow instructions.
Good

The student has followed some of the directions, however, the size of the shapes have not been drawn and/or the drawing is too undetailed or small.
Excellent

The student has completed a sucessful tesselation project. The edge of the shapes has been drawn neatly and the final project resembles the example.
Enthusiasm/Attitude

Poor

The student has not applied him/her self to the task. The student has not displayed a positive attitude towards the task and did not follow the directions.
Good

The student has generally worked well, although on occasion the student can be distracted from his/her work. Did not follow directions completely.
Excellent

The student has generally displayed a positive attitude and attempted to complete all tasks to the best of his/her ability. Directions were followed very well.
