There is no evidence of a stategy or procedure.

The apprentice performs basic labeling, but it is unclear why steps are taken.

The practitioner correctly performs required identification of all parts.
Expert

The expert will show the correct porcedure for labeling, identifying, and describe how to safely operate power tools.
Communication

Novice

There is no explanation of the solution, or the explanation is not coherent. The novice will not show how he/she determined the solution, or label any parts of solution.
Apprentice

The apprentice states his/her answer with an explanation of what he/she did, but does not explain why steps were taken.
Practitioner

The practitioner explains how the solution was achieved with a statement to explain why it was solved in that way.
Expert

The expert will show the correct formula for finding the solution, correctly label all parts of the problem, and have the correct units on all work.
The expert will correctly explain solution with sophisticated mathematical terminology.
