Subject and Sub-topics	Poor Does not give title/subject heading and/or has no sub-topics.	Fair Has title but no sub-topics or details, or visa-versa.	Good Has title and subtopics, but not at least four sub-topics, or sub-topics may not be of importance to subject. Has only one detail under at least one subtopic.	Excellent Followed instructions: Has title/subject and at least four sub-topics related and important to subject. Has at leastb two details under sub-topic.
Format	Poor Has neither Roman numerals or letters.	Fair Has only one or the other: Roman numerls or Capital letters.	Good Has Roman numerals, but small letter as detail under topic, or has capital letters but not Roman numerals.	Excellent Has both Roman numerals and capital letters as copied from notes and from handout. Followed format exactly.
