Utopian Government Project 
You are going to create your own government! You will write/create your own government purpose statement (i.e. the Preamble). You will then create a list of 10 rights for your people (i.e. the Bill of Rights). You will then write a persuasive speech to your citizens about why they should support your new government.

List of Rights

Speech is persuasive but student shows limited knowledge of how to persuade their audience.
Novice

Speech is not persuasive and student displays no knowledge of persuasion.
