Ability to follow instructions.	Poor -Did not follow the instructions. -There are mistakes on the art piece. -Had to ask a lot of questions that were addressed during the instructional period.	Fair -Most of the instructions were followed. -Maybe had to ask a couple of questions that were already answered during te instructional period.	Good -Was able to follow the instructions given. -Everything was done exactl how it was supposed to be.
Neatness	Poor -The artwork is messy and looks rushed. -The spacing is sloppy. -top coat appears to be done well, but the pattern is no comletly clear and or messy.	Fair -The artwork is mostly neat. Most of the spacing is done correctly. The top coat is well done and the pattern is clear and again mostly neat.	Good -The artwork is neat. -The spacing between the squares is well done, the top coat is good and the pattern is clear and neat.
