Attentiveness 15 %	Poor Student does not take notes on the fishbowl activity. Student does not observe the activity.	Fair Students takes some notes, but they are very sparse. Student is somewhat distracted on the outer circle.	Good Student takes notes and actively listens to members of the inner circle.	Excellent In addition to taking notes and actively listening to the members of the inner circle, this student also prepared follow up questions for at least one group.
Behavior 15 %	Poor Student engages in side-conversations during presentations. Student ignores requests from the teacher regarding improving behavior.	Fair Student engages in side-conversations during presentations. Student is told twice to stop talking. The student takes some notes.	Good Student engages in one side-conversation during presentations. Student is told once to stop talking. The student takes some notes.	Excellent Student will respect presenting groups and not respond until designated time. The student takes good notes on each discussion, and shares some feedback at the end of the session.
