Monthly Band Practice Assessment This is to be handed back to the students each month to display the assessment of their monthly pracctice journal. Rubric Code: T2C28C By coffeeordeath Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: Music Type: Homework Grade Levels: 6-8

Practice Journal Assessment
	Good 5 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 1 pts
Practice Time 50 %	Good Student practices at least 15 mintues a day, five days a week	Fair Student practices 15 minutes a day, four times a week	Poor Student practices 15 minutes per day but less than 4 days per week.
Practice Goals 50 %	Good Student observes and establishes clear goals for each practice session. Student keeps clear records of weekly practice goals	Fair Student displays 3 of four weekly practice goals	Poor Student displays 2 weeks or less of practice goals. Students records do not indicate existence of practice goals.
