PowerPoint Presentation Rubric 
This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when composing the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your destination have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Graphics/Presentations Boards

Slides are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. Graphics and effects are used throughout to enhance presentation. Information is at the advanced level and consistently supports images. Uses other technology into slides to enhance materials

Slides are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation. Information adequately supports images. Some use of media.

Slides are legible. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Some grammatical errors. Less than half the slides have graphics or effects. Information supports images at times. Minimal use of media.

The presenters make minimal eye contact with the audience. Everything is read directly from the screen or page.
Poor

The presenters make no contact with the audience. Everything is read directly from the screen of page.
Time Usage

Excellent

Presentation meets the 10 minute time requirement.
Very Good

Presentation is 2-3 minutes under the 10 minute time requirement.
Fair

Presentation is 4-6 minutes under the 10 minute time requirement.
Poor

Presentation is 8-10 minutes or more under the 10 minute time requirement.
Overall Presentation grade

Excellent

All required criterion is met and goes above and beyond instructor expectations of presentation.
Very Good

Some required criterion is met. And meets some instructor expectations.
