Conculsion of Materials	Poor Student was not able to make a conclusion about what conducts electricity and what is an insulator.	Fair Student was able to understand what does and does not conduct electricity but was unable to put it into words.	Good Student was able to explain what materials conduct electricity and what items are insulators.
Interpreting findings and solving the problem	Poor Student cannot interpret the findings/ reach a conclusion. Therefore, unable to answer questions based on their findings.	Fair Student provides a logical but incomplete interpretation of the investigation. Able to answer only some of the questions correctly.	Good Student provides a logical interpretation of the investigation and findings, and is able to use these finding to answer questions correctly.
