Artwork	Poor Student uses pencil only. No color. Sloppy.	Fair Student uses some color. Primary colors of the flag are shown.	Good Student's flag is colorful. It shows details of the flag.	Excellent Student's illustration is neat and colorful. It enhances the project.
Mechanics	Poor Student's presentation has four or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.	Fair Presentation has three misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Good Presentation has no more than two misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Excellent Presentation has no misspellings or grammatical errors.
Subject Knowledge	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about their country subject.
