Detailed drawing 25 pts 25 points	Poor No drawing submitted	Fair Drawing is vague with no measurements.	Good Drawing is easy to follow with some measurements but still too vague.	Very Good Drawing is easy to follow with lots of detail. Measurements are given but everything is two dimensional.	Excellent Drawing is complete. Three dimensional with all measurements. Any person in class could easily build with drawing.
Area 20 pts 20 points	Poor No areas found	Fair Areas are submitted, but incomplete. Dimensions are missing. Answers are wrong	Good Areas are submitted and is almost complete. Some dimensions are present. Minor mathmatical mistakes.	Very Good Areas are submitted and complete. All dimenensions are present. Minor mathematical mistakes. House Model 40 pts 40 points	Poor No House	Fair House is built but is ineffective. Construction lacks stability. Variables can't be measured. House doesn't fit within designated blueprint.	Good House is built but only partially effective. House fits within designated blueprint.Construction lacks stability. Some variables can be measured, but several can't be measured easily.	Very Good House is well built and measurements are easy to obtain. House is the same as designated blueprint.	Excellent House is well built and all measurements are easily obtained. House fits within designated blueprint. Student has incorporated extra features that make their house a step above the rest.
Creativity 15 pts 15 points	Poor Nothing presented in model that reflects student's personality	Fair Some creative parts are shown within the house.	Good Student showed average effort to bring creative ideas to support the house.	Very Good Student shows above average effort to bring in creativity into the design of the house.	Excellent Student' creativity shows individuality and style a step above the rest.
