Positive Peer Relationship GOAL: Student will communicate and interact in a positive manner with peers FOR 20 MINUTES in social work group.

Staying on Topic/ Focused Student will stay on topic that is assigned for that session. Student will talk about things pertaining to group and not random things that do not connect to the topic. Student will stay focus on activity and not let mind wander.	Poor The Student was unable to stay on task/topic for 20 minutes during group session.	Needs Improvement Student needed several reminders (5+) to stay on task or re- directions to get back on task for 20 minutes during group session.	Fair Student needed a few (3-4) reminders to stay focused and on task for 20 minutes during group session.	Good Student was some what focused and was mostly able to stay on task with minimal reminders (1-2) minutes for 20 during group session.	Excellent Student was focused and stayed on task for 20 minutes with no reminders during group session.
