Jumps and Lands In The Horizontal Plane 
Students will be assessed on their ability to horizontally jump and land using a mature pattern. In order to show full proficiency, or exceed the standard, students will be able to complete a series of jumps (usually five) in a row.

Upon landing, students are demonstrating some flexion of the hips, knees, and ankles. However the student is not prepared for the next jump.
Meets Standards

Upon landing, students demonstrating flexion of the hips, knees, and ankles. Students are preparing for their next jump by swinging their arms back and beginning the process again.
Exceeds Standards

Upon landing, students are demonstrating fluidity in flexing the hips, knees, and ankles Students are preparing for their next jump by swinging their arms back and beginning the process again. The transition between jumps is smooth and controlled.
