Dance Quote Phrase Manipulation of dance elements task Each student is required to compose a phrase over 4 weeks, exploring with the elements of dance to communicate an idea. The phrase should be 45 seconds long but no longer than 1:15minutes. The dance needs to have a noticeable beginning, .middle, and end. Students will apply the creative process to the composition of short dance pieces and a teacher devised phrase. The teacher devised phrase is to be manipulated by changes in space, time and dynamics. Space	Needs Improvement Directions, levels, shapes, focus and size are flat and lack interest. Use of space is 2 dimensional and underdeveloped.
