Lunches Snacks
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
System	Poor Student is led or physically moved to the table. Student does not move his schedule tag independantly.	Fair Student checks his schedule and moves his tag, but not with full independance. Student might sit down a the table by himself or require assistance.	Good Student checks thier schedule and moves the tag/object to the kitchen worksystem without assistance. Student seats themselves independantly.
Eating	Poor Student is fed by an adult.	Fair Student feeds themselves using some staff assitance like cutting up meat. Student uses adaptive silverware / dishes. Student requires assistance to ask for condiments/napkins/ etc.	Good Student eats independantly and is able to request
Clean up	Poor Student does not clear thier own dishes or is physically led to do so.	Fair Student clears thier own dishes with prompting or light assistance.	Good Student clears thier own dishes independantly.
Manners	Poor Student makes little or no effort to use utensils, napkin. Does not request or physically grabs at what he wants. Low skills at eating while keeping face clean.	Fair Student generally uses utensils, but not well. Reaches or grabs at prefered items, student requires assistance to ask for condiments/napkins/ etc.	Good Student uses utensils appropriatly, requests items like condiments and rarly requires prompting to use napkins or take small bites.
