Deposits	Poor Deposit slips are not competed or are inaccurate.	Fair Deposit slips are fully and accurately completed but incorrect endorsement is used or slips are not endorsed.	Good Deposit slips are fully and accurately completed. Correct endorsements are used.
Check Register	Poor Check register contains inaccurate information or transaction amounts are not listed in the correct column.	Fair Check register is completed with accurate debit and credit columns, but at least one element of essential information is missing.	Good Check Register is is completed with essential information, including to whom the check was written, and debit and credit columns are completed accurately.
