Needs instructions to be repeated.	1 HARDLY EVER- Focuses on the teacher during instructions while talking and distracting others.
Self-Control	3 Completely self-controlled. Stops when play is getting too physical. Keeps focus and on-task at all times.	2 Can't keep on task the whole period. Has to be redirected during the lesson. Needs to re-think decisions.	1 Loss of self control Can't keep hands to themselves. Makes negative and inappropriate comments.
