effort	Poor 72 student does not try and puts what ever answer for each question, so they can turn it in	Fair 84 Student tires but does not ask for help teacher must address student first	Good 96 Student tries and asks for help if they do not understand
correctness	Poor 72 None if the questions are correct, and or student refused to try to make corrections	Fair 84 Student has more than half wrong however student did try and corrected errors that were pointed out Or student does not ask for help with 70% or more accuracy	Good 96 Student has good understanding of subject however still needs help here and there, to get answer correct.
