Safety Brochure Imagine a foreign student has come to our class. We need to help her understand the guidlines and safety rules in our kitchens. Fair Fair The brochure gave out some information on the specialist, but little on the diseases the doctor treats. Organization	Poor Poor The brochure was not organized, information did not flow, and was not easy to read.	Fair Fair The brochure was organized but could have been easier to read.	Good Good The brochure was organized, took time to make, and was clear and in a well thought out format.
Research and Data	Poor Poor Research was sparse. Data found was borrowed or irrelevant to topic. Used only text and no graphic charts or images. Brochure as a whole	Poor Poor The brochure did not give a clear picture on what the specialist does.	Fair Fair The brochure was not as detailed as should have been. Missing some key information.	Good Good The brochure was thoroughly thought out and planned. The subject matter was explained on a patient level and gave good examples as to what the specialist would be doing.
