student identifies the numbers	Poor student cannot identify the numbers on a time clock with accuracy.	Fair student can identify the numbers on a time clock with 60% accuracy.	Good student can identify the numbers on a time clock accurately.
student draws the hands of	Poor student cannot draw the hands of time clocks showing the right time.	Fair student can draw the hands of time clocks with some accuracy.	Good student can draw the hands of time clocks with accuracy.
