Discus Throw
	Fair 1 pts	Good 3 pts
Grip	Fair Fingers bunched together, no balance in hand, index finger not aligned with wrist	Good Place the discus on the tisps of your outspread fingers, line up your index finger with your wrist.
Full Throw	Fair Body not facing the throwing field, body is not loose and tensed, turns on the wrong foot, head attached to the head	Good Body not facing the field, swings hips, body is loose and agile, turns on the correct foot, secondary foot hits the blocking position, back legs comes through
Release	Fair No follow through, foot positioned wrong, foot does not hit the poistioned block, index finger is not the last finger to release	Good Follow through is good, correct foot is planted by the poistioned block, body is not turned to the throwing field
