Work Effort Did I do my very best work?	Great Job! Score: 3 I paid attention the whole activity. I worked hard the entire time. I did my best.	Okay Job! Score: 2 Most of the time I paid attention. Sometimes I worked hard. I did okay, but not my best.	Needs Work Score: 1 I played or fooled around. I didn't pay very good attention at all.
Teamwork Did I help my partner or teammates?	Great Job! Score: 3 I shared what I discovered and thought in a discussion. I stayed on task so that we could finish our job.	Okay Job! Score: 2 I helped my partner or team some of the time. I was off task a few times.	Needs Work Score: 1 I just sat there and didn't do anything to help my partner or team. I tried to push my way and argued. I left my partner or team.
Respect Did I treat them like I wanted to be treated?	Great Job! Score: 3 I was responsible and respectful. I was kind and helpful. I know that everyone counts.	Okay Job!
