Level R 1-2 photos can easily be related to the concepts they represent..
Photo Quality	Level 4 All photos are clear and are very high quality	Level 3 Most photos are clear and are high quality	Level 2 Most photos are clear and are ok quality	Level 1 Some photos are clear and are ok quality	Level R Most photos have technical and compositional problems AND are not high quality
