6th Grade September Book Report Due: September 28, 2012 
Directions: The book report should include a colorful cover page with your name, the date, the title of the book, the author of the book, and an illustration. The first paragraph should include the title, author of the book, the genre, and a complete description of the main characters. Descriptive settings, a plot summary, and main events should be included. Why did you like or dislike the book? Would you recommend this book to others? The report should include a summary of the author's overall message and/or the theme of the book.
