	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Agenda	Poor Agenda was not brought to the classroom.	Fair Agenda was brought to the classroom, but the assignment was not written or is not written completely.	Good Agenda was brought to the classroom and the assignment was written completely.
Bellwork (Moose or PS)	Poor Assignment is not completed, or partially completed with no work show. Less than 51% of the work is done correctly.	Fair Assignment is either partially completed with work show or is fully completed with no work shown. At least 60% of the work is done correctly.	Good Assignment is completed and all work is shown. At least 80% of the work is done correctly.
Supplies	Poor The student did not bring the necessary supplies to class and was unable to retrieve the necessary supplies from their locker.	Fair The student did not bring the necessary supplies to class and it was necessary for (him/her) to retrieve supplies from their locker.	Good The student brought all of (his/her) supplies to class. No trips back to a locker were necessary.
On Task	Poor Student played around and talked when they entered the classroom. Up to 50% of the time allotted for the task was wasted.	Fair Student worked the assignment, but also wasted time. Talking was not limited to only the necessary amount to complete the assignment. Up to 25% of the allotted time was wasted.	Good Student immediately began working when they came into class. Talking was limited to only the necessary amount to finish the assignment.
