Poor The project was 25% complete matching the blue prints to exact detail.	Fair The project was 50% complete matching the blue prints to exact detail.	Good The project was 75% complete matching the blue prints to exact detail.	Excellent The project was 100% complete matching the blue prints to exact detail.
Demonstrate Knowledge of Process	Non-Compliance Student is not able to identify and explain necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project.	Poor Student is able to identify and explain 60-69% of the necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project. Student relies on text book/notes skills to complete the project.	Fair Student is able to identify and explain 70-79% of the necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project. Student still relies on own memory skills to complete the project.	Good Student is able to identify and explain 80-89% of the necessary procedures/concepts in order to complete the project. Student still relies on own memory skills to complete the project. Ability to Follow Directions	Non-Compliance Student was not able/or did not follow directions from the instructor and blueprints. Student Attitude During Project	Non-Compliance Student did nor turn in/participate during the project.	Poor Student turned in a project/participated just enough just to receive a grade.	Fair Student participated and turned in a project that is "good enough" in order to receive a fair grade.	Good Student worked on the project with good attitude and completed a project that they are satisfied with.	Excellent Student worked on the project with a great attitude and completed a project that is a true reflection of their diligent efforts.
Application of Safety Practices	Non-Compliance Student blatantly failed to follow the established rules. Was a danger to himself/herself and others in the class.	Poor Student failed to follow a significant number of the safety rules.	Fair Student attempted to follow the safety rules, but failed to meet several of the established rules.	Good Student followed most of the safety rules, but may have forgotten one.	Excellent Student followed all safety rules established by the Industrial Technology Program 100% of the time.
