3D Block Font Design 3D Block Font Design Students will use the letters of two of their names to design a 3D block font composition. The letters will appear as if they are floating in space using size, overlapping and placement to create depth. Font design	Attempted Letters are drawn somewhat correct. Many inaccurate lines. Errors need erasing properly.	Good Letters are correctly drawn. Mistakes are properly erased.	Excellent Letters are drawn very carefully with skill and accuracy. Mistakes are carefully erased.
Depth & Space	Attempted Overlapping, size and placement are somewhat used to create depth. Large and small letters have been placed randomly. Some use of balance and space.	Good Effective use of overlapping, size and placement to create a sense of depth.	Excellent Overlapping, size and placement are all used well to create a believable sense of depth.
Color	Attempted Coloring is somewhat within the lines. Most letters have some use of the colour tint and shades on the sides.	Good The coloring almost all in the lines. All letters have a correct use of the colour tint and shades on the sides.	Excellent The coloring is consistent and evenly applied inside of the lines. Tints and shades are used accurately and skilfully applied.
