Make and Describe a Pattern	Exceeding Expectations Pattern contains repetition of elements (eg. AAB, ABABC) and can describe patterns	Meeting Expectations Can create AND describe a pattern using 2-4 elements (e.g. AB, ABC).	Beginning to Meet Expectations Creates a pattern but does not repeat 3 times OR Pattern includes a mistake. (needs support)	Not Meeting Expectations Cannot create a pattern.
