Clothing	Poor Student was not dressed professionally for the interview	Fair Student put some effort into looking professional for the interview	Good Student looked very professional and took care in their appearance for the interview
Body Language	Poor Student did not hold body language well during interview	Fair Student held themselves well during the interview but did slouch, squirm or fidget some	Good Student held themselves well in body language maintained their poised position throughout interview
Eye contact	Poor Student did not make eye contact	Fair Student held eye contact most of the time	Good Student held eye contact throughout interview
Tone	Poor Student was inaudible during interview	Fair Student was able to keep voice most of the time but sometimes went quiet	Good Student kept voice strong throughout interview process
