Responsiveness	Exemplary Strengthens and deepens the relationship with the client by providing them with consistent and accurate information about the status of the project, facilitating and encouraging interaction with the client concerning problems and challenges faced by the project, and planning and preparing for client visits.	Accomplished Responds quickly to client by phone, email, or writing.	Developing Responds to direct requests from client.	Unacceptable Neglects to respond to phone calls, emails, and/or written communication with the client.
Professionalism	Exemplary Prepared, responsive, considerate, and professional when dealing with the client in person.
