Use of Spanish 25 pts	Poor Is missing more than two elements in the conversation.	Fair Is missing two elements needed in the conversation.	Good Includes greeting and good-bye words. Includes asking and answering about classes and hours and supplies. Includes asking and answering using several different verb forms.
Pronunciation 25 pts	Poor Difficult to understand. Several pronunciation errors. Overall meaning of conversation is disrupted by errors.	Fair Somewhat easy to understand. Minimal pronunciation errors which do not affect the overall meaning of the conversation.	Good Easily understood. No pronunciation errors. Good practice of conversation vocabulary is evident.
Expression 25 pts	Poor Difficulty in completing the conversation. No expression in voice and lack of gestures. Student reads directly from paper, no group eye contact.	Fair Some hesitation and dialogue is missing expression and gestures. Dialogue is directed toward class, minimal eye contact.	Good Language flows naturally and student includes expression and gestures. Conversation is presented as a dialogue among group. Good eye contact among group members to each other.
