Student demonstrates positive work ethics and shows responsibility.

Demonstrates negative attitude by crying, yelling, shouting, or exhibiting undesirable behaviors. Can also become aggressive; May require warnings and/ time-outs.
Poor

Student may be very emotional; can have some mood-swings and show occasional disrespect/ gestures towards others when disagreeable or even disciplined.
Fair

Generally happy, but may not always be reliable or responsible for actions;
May show negativism when disciplined. May need an outlet for times of distress.
Good

Generally positive, and respectful. Can become moody when given constructive criticism. May be helpful if given cues or directions.
Exceptional

Demonstrates a positive attitude;
Helpful to others and accepts responsibility for actions.
Use of Time

Student is usually able to complete task or work skill in a timely manner.

Refusal to perform.
Undesireable

Wastes time due to high distractibility; Loses focus, and does not finish or complete activity or task within allotted time.
Poor

Will attempt to complete a given task/ assignment with reminders or cues from staff.
Fair

Can complete tasks or assignments with some supervision; Needs help in transitions.
Good

Can complete a task in allotted time without a supervisor; Can manage transition effectively with minimal directions.
Exceptional

Completes required work tasks/ assignments on time/ ahead of time. Keeps focus;
Transitions smoothly with little or no assistance.
