Content	Great All steps of the Writing Process are included with at least 4-5 pieces of important information about each step included.	Good All steps of the writing process are included with 3 important pieces of information about each step included.	Fair One of the steps of the writing process is left out, but 4-5 pieces of important information is included for the remaining steps.	Poor At least one of the steps of the writing process is excluded and only 2-3 pieces of important information are included for the remaining steps.
Neatness/Appearance	Great Reference guide is neat to read and looks appealing to the eye. It is legible (written neatly) and colorful.	Good Reference guide is neatly written, but lacks an appeal to the eye. It is also legible (readable). It has some color.	Fair Reference guide is neat looking, but is not legible to the reader. It has no color.	Poor Reference guide is not neat or legible. It does not contain any color.
Ease of Finding Information	Great Reference guide is organized and the important information is easy to find and use.	Good Reference guide is somewhat organized, but the important information is not easy to find and use.	Fair Reference guide is minimally organized, and the important information appears scattered.	Poor Reference guide is unorganized making it difficult to find the important information and use it.
