Approaching Success The portfolio is not divided correctly or certain sections/ materials are missing. More organization needs to happen.	Needs Improvement The portfolio is incomplete and/or completely disorganized.
Elements	Exceeds Expectations All elements of the portfolio are included: Learning Styles, True Colors, 5 Year Vision, Career Aptitude chart, Career Profile, Skill Based Resume and Cover letter. They are complete and well done.
